 Search Quality Procedures

All along the supply chain, food is exposed to numerous hazards. As WFP staff, you can prevent or mitigate most of them: you should know the risk factors at each phase of the supply chain, and make sure that an effective and comprehensive quality system is in place.

To guarantee food quality, you should make sure that all the steps of the supply chain are carried out with care, and according to procedures.

Here is the food supply chain. At each phase we will explore the potential risks, your  responsibilities, and how you can best address them.
