Specifications for Fortified blended foods

  • Mesophilic aerobic bacteria: 105 CFU/g max.
  • Coliforms: 100 CFU/g max.
  • Salmonellae: absent in 25g
  • Moisture: 10% max. (method drying 4h @ 103°C)
  • Shelf life: 12 months max.

Recommended mould inhibitor treatment: Calcium propionate.
