HDPE jerry cans:

New strong cardboard cartons containing 4 to 6 plastic jugs of 3 to 5 kilos.

Dunnage of strong sheets, plywood have to be placed inside each container at every three layers of cartons.

The plastic containers (jugs) must be of high-density Polyethylene (HDPE) with heat-sealed membranes and screw top lids. The containers must be suitable for foodstuffs, have stoppers fitted with safety devices and must be hermetically sealed. The containers shall have two flat walls, a built-in handles and a screw top.

5 liters white/translucent Jerry Can specifications:

  • Material: HDPE
  • Color: White/translucent
  • Net Weight per jerry can 200gm minimum
  • Rated capacity: 5.0 litres
  • Screw cap with inner plug
  • Typical Wall Thickness: 1.0 mm (middles of Side Panels)
