Mackerel fish in pure vegetable oil (WFP).

Mackerel/Herrings fish in pure vegetable oil.

The product shall be prepared from sound mackerel/herrings from which the heads, tails and viscera have been removed.  The raw material shall be of a quality fit to be sold fresh for human consumption. Drained minimum fish content 75 percent of the net weight.

Conservation: minimum three years from manufacture.
