Dough Mixer
The machine is used for mixing various ingredients such as flour, sugar, fat, water, and other chemicals for making hard, soft or fermented dough for making biscuits.
A base plate over which two side frames are fitted for taking the load of mixing chamber which is fitted on side frames. In the mixing chamber two Z/sigma type-mixing blades are fitted which rotate at different speeds in opposite direction to mix various types of soft/hard dough for achieving required glutton of dough.
Rotary Moulder (Hard Dough) (Pre Baking Forming by Glucose, Cookies, and all types of Sweet variety and Cream Biscuits.)
The dough to be moulded is fed into the hopper and a forcing roller forces the dough into the cavities of the moulding roller made out of gun metal, uniformly engraved and coated with food grade Teflon. Excess dough is cleared with a knife, which is held by a holder made from tool steel, to ensure uniform filling.
An adjustable rubber roller conveying the discharge cotton web, presses it uniformly against the moulding roller for perfect transfer of molded pieces from the moulding roller on to the web.
Rotary Cutter/ Laminator (Soft Dough)
The single head rotary cutter prints fine design on a continuously fed dough sheet and also cuts out the individual dough piece.
Rubber lined anvil roller is adjustable in height so that pressure can be controlled at both sides in parallel or independently. For safety reasons the cutting roll is often provided with guard, metal detector, removal of which stops the motor.
Biscuit Baking Oven (Industrial plants for the production of crackers, snacks, hard sweet biscuits, capacity 200kg/hr to 4000kg/hr)
The oven body consists of steel steamtight tunnel with appropriate divided zones along with heating chambers and stainless steel expansion joints are provided in order to eliminate the expansion of the oven sections. The inspection windows exist for inspection of the baking goods during the process.
The complete chambers will be insulted from outside and fully automatic oil/gas burners (Sometimes electrical system) shall be fitted to produce required heat and temperature shall be controlled by automatic temperature controller fitted to the main control panel. The dynamic balanced stainless steel fans/blowers are provided to re-circulate the heat and to increase the efficiency to the plant with the help of appropriate electric motors.
The baking takes place by heat radiators located under and above the wire mesh band. The closed circulation system having slight vacuum so that the combustion gases can not enter into the baking zone. The moisture inside the baking zone should be controlled by separately by another blower having proper damper controller.
The complete oven will insulated from top, bottom and the sides to preserve heat loss
Appropriate articulate wire mesh band on two rollers provided on both end of baking oven.
Auto - electric control panel is provided along with safety devices to operate all electric motors, drives and also to control temperature to maintain required uniform heat at each baking zone by thermostatical auto temperature controller.
Cooling Conveyor & Stacking Machine
Cooling conveyor is made of modular construction units and connected together to form the required length.
The lenght of cooling coveyor could be several dozen meters.
Biscuit Packaging Machines
The biscuits are fed directly from the stacker into the main hopper.
The machine is designed with automatic feeding arrangement to precisely take the required stack length and transfer the biscuits smoothly into the main feeding conveyor. During this process, nylon lugs carry the biscuits with wrapping material to the main wrapping unit through the easy adjustable folding box for different varieties, through the pair of hot body sealing rollers for center seal. The final end sealing and cutting is done by the rotating hot cutter.
Hand packing could be done if proper hand washing procedures are in place. The use of gloves in tropical countries is not recommended as it is proned to increase personnel sweating. |
